CES

Early January · Las Vegas, Nevada

CES opens in Las Vegas on Wednesday, January 6, 2027. Land at North Las Vegas and you’re about six miles from the convention center, usually with less traffic on the ramp than at Harry Reid.

The day before opening

CES runs four days, with CES Unveiled and media events earlier in the week. Private arrivals have peaked on the day before the show opens, and arriving a day sooner or on opening morning avoids the heaviest ramp traffic.

Parking reservations

For its largest events, Las Vegas has run special event parking programs at Harry Reid, Henderson Executive, and North Las Vegas. When a program is in place, private arrivals need a parking reservation through the FBO before they take off.

Harry Reid or North Las Vegas

Harry Reid (LAS) is about three miles from the convention center and closest to the Strip. North Las Vegas (VGT) is about six miles out and usually quieter. Henderson Executive (HSH), 11 miles south, is nearer Henderson and the south end of the Strip. If your meetings are spread across several venues, we’ll map the drives from each airport and let you choose.

Stay or fly home between days

Aircraft and ramp space tighten together during big shows, and the choice narrows with every week closer to opening. On a short trip, the aircraft can wait in Las Vegas or fly home and come back for you, and the two are priced differently.
