Aireall is an air charter broker
Aireall LLC is an air charter broker. We are not a direct air carrier, and we do not operate aircraft or hold operational control of any flight.
All flights we arrange are operated by properly licensed direct air carriers: FAA Part 135 operators in the U.S., or the foreign equivalent for international trips. The operator flying you holds operational control of the flight. That means the operator, and its pilot in command, are responsible for the aircraft, the crew and every decision about whether, when and how the flight operates.
The capacity we act in
Under our Charter Terms, Aireall acts as your agent in arranging charter flights with operators.
What we tell you before you book
Before you confirm a trip, we tell you:
- the name of the operator that will have operational control of your flight, and any other name it does business under
- the capacity in which Aireall is acting
When you ask, we also tell you before you confirm:
- any business relationship between Aireall and the operator that could affect our choice of operator
- the total cost of the trip paid to or through Aireall, including any fees and taxes
- any fees charged by third parties that you would pay directly, such as fuel, landing, parking or hangar fees, with a good-faith estimate where the amount isn't known yet
- whether Aireall holds liability insurance covering you, your passengers and property on the flight, and its limits
If any of this information changes after you book, we tell you within a reasonable time. If we don't, you may cancel and receive a full refund for the affected trip.

Refunds
When a flight can't be operated, or a refund is otherwise due, we refund promptly: for card payments under the card network's rules, and for cash or check payments within 20 days of receiving a complete refund request.
