How does Aireall work?

Tell us where you’re going, when, and who’s coming. Within 15 minutes, day or night, you’ll have options matched to the trip: aircraft sized for your group and your bags, each with an all-in quote. We help you choose, then look after the details through the flight home.

How much does it cost to charter a private jet?

It depends on the route, the aircraft, the date, and whether the aircraft has to fly empty to reach you. As a guide, light jets run about $5,000 to $8,000 per flight hour, and midsize to large cabins about $10,000 to $15,000 or more.

Those are typical ranges, not quotes. Give us the route and dates, and we’ll send an all-in quote.

What’s included in the price?

Our quotes include the aircraft, crew, fuel, federal excise tax, segment fees, and the airport and landing fees we can know in advance. Anything that depends on the day, such as de-icing, hangar fees, or special catering, is listed separately. You see the total before you commit.

How quickly can you arrange a flight?

Same-day flights are often possible. We recommend 24 to 48 hours’ notice when you can, because there are more aircraft to choose from and prices tend to be better.

Who operates my flight?

A licensed and vetted FAA Part 135 operator (or the foreign equivalent for international trips) flies every trip and holds operational control. You’ll know which operator is flying you before you book.

How do you choose operators?

We keep to operators we know well. Before you fly, we confirm their Part 135 certificate and their standing with independent safety auditors such as ARGUS and Wyvern, and review insurance, crew experience, and the aircraft’s history. The full list is on the safety page.

Can I bring my pet?

Usually, yes. Tell us what kind of pet and roughly how big when you request a trip, and we’ll make sure the aircraft is a good fit. International trips can need extra paperwork for animals, and we’ll point you to it.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

When plans move, we find the best way to move with them. Change and cancellation terms vary by trip, with deadlines often 48 to 72 hours before departure, and you’ll see them before you confirm.

Where can you fly?

Domestic and international: the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean, and overseas to Europe, Asia, and beyond. Every aircraft is vetted before you fly.

What passenger details do you need?

We need each passenger’s full name 48 hours before a domestic flight and 72 hours before an international one, or as soon as you book if the trip is sooner. International trips also need passport details.

How do I pay?

Our Charter Terms explain how payment works, including the client account used for trips. You can pay by wire or ACH, or by card with a 4.9% processing fee. You’ll see the terms before you sign anything.

What are empty legs?

When an aircraft has to fly somewhere without passengers, for example to get home after dropping someone off, the operator will sometimes sell that one-way flight at a lower price. These empty legs can be good value if your dates and route are flexible. See the empty legs page, or tell us your route and we’ll watch for one.

Can you arrange catering and ground transport?

Yes. Tell us what you’d like on board and when you need a car at either end, and it will be ready before you board.

Do you work with executive assistants?

All the time. We send options in a format that’s easy to forward, take the manifest once, and keep you updated by text or email as plans change.

Options cost nothing to ask for.

You’ll see specific aircraft and all-in quotes, with no obligation to book.
