Accessibility | Aireall

We want everyone to be able to use aireall.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We design and test the site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That includes:

text and controls with sufficient color contrast
full keyboard access, with a visible focus indicator
labels and error messages on every form field
descriptive alternative text for images
a control to pause the background film on the home page, which also stops automatically if your device asks for reduced motion
pages that work at small screen sizes and when text is enlarged

We test each page automatically for accessibility problems as part of every release.

Known limitations

The spam check on our forms is provided by Cloudflare. In rare cases it may ask you to complete a challenge. If it gets in your way, call or text us instead.
The background film on the home page has no sound and carries no information that isn't also in the text.

Tell us about a problem

If something on the site doesn't work for you, or you'd like information in a different format, contact us and we'll help directly and fix what we can:
