A business jet on the ramp at golden hour

How it works

Send one request. From there, your advisor brings the options, books the aircraft, and stays with the trip until you’re home.
  • 01

    Tell us the trip

Send your route, dates, and how many people are flying, through the form, a text, or a call. If you’re not sure which aircraft fits, say so. We’ll ask about bags, pets, and timing, since each one changes which aircraft fits.
  • 02

    Options within 15 minutes

You’ll have specific aircraft chosen for your group, your bags, and your route, each with its year and an all-in quote. We lay out how they differ in cost, comfort, and timing, and help you decide.
  • 03

    You choose, we confirm

Approve an option and sign the charter agreement. Your aircraft is confirmed and your itinerary follows, with the operator’s name and FAA certificate details before you fly.
  • 04

    Everything around the flight

Passenger names, catering, cars at both ends, and pets are arranged before you leave. If weather or a maintenance issue changes the plan, we call you first, with the alternatives ready.
  • 05

    After you land

A short check-in to hear how it went and note anything to remember for next time.

What’s in the price.

Quotes include the aircraft, crew, fuel, federal excise tax, segment fees, and the airport and landing fees known in advance. Anything that comes up on the day, such as de-icing on a frozen morning, hangar fees, or special catering, is listed separately.

Payment terms are set out in our Charter Terms, and you’ll see them before you sign.

More questions
  • How much notice do you need?

Same-day flights are often possible. With 24 to 48 hours’ notice there are more aircraft to choose from and prices are usually better.
  • Can I change plans?

Usually, yes. Terms vary by trip, with deadlines often 48 to 72 hours before departure. You’ll see them before you confirm.
  • Who flies the aircraft?

A licensed and vetted FAA Part 135 operator, which holds operational control of the flight. We book it on your behalf, and you’ll know the operator before you confirm.
