Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Aireall LLC ("Aireall", "we") collects through aireall.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Aireall is a California limited liability company and an air charter broker.

What we collect

When you request a flight or send a message. Your name, email address, phone number, how you'd like us to contact you, and the trip details you give us (airports, dates, number of passengers, cabin preferences, pets and notes).

When you book a trip. To arrange a flight we collect passenger names and, for international trips, passport details. We collect these directly from you or your authorized representative, outside this website, under our Charter Terms.

Automatically, when you visit.

• Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and secure the site.
• We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and reports to us in aggregate.
• We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to tell people from automated spam. It processes information about your browser and device to do that.
• If you arrived from a link in an email or ad, we note the campaign tags in that link (such as utm_source) and the page you first landed on, and send them with your request so we know how you found us.

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

• To reply to you and prepare charter options
• To arrange and manage your trip, including sharing the details an operator needs with the FAA-certificated operator that will fly you
• To meet legal requirements, such as passenger information required by government authorities for international flights
• To keep the site secure and working, and to understand which pages help visitors

Who we share it with

• Operators. The direct air carrier operating your flight receives the trip and passenger details it needs.
• Service providers who help us run Aireall: Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending email from the site), Google Workspace (our email), and Cloudflare (spam protection). They process information on our behalf.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. If you're a California resident, you have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

Your browser's "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals don't change anything on this site, because we don't track you across sites or sell your information.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information through it.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passport numbers or payment details through the website forms.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date below.
