Frequently asked questions.
What is Aireall and how does it work?
Aireall is your personal charter marketplace — a modern alternative to jet cards and outdated broker models. We connect you with vetted FAA Part 135 operators across the U.S., offering near real-time pricing and tailored options based on your trip. No memberships. No hidden fees. Just private jet access, personalized around you.
How much does it cost to charter a private jet with Aireall?
Pricing depends on your route, aircraft type, and timing.
Light jets typically start around $5,000–$8,000 per hour, while midsize and large-cabin aircraft range from $10,000–$15,000+ per hour.
No matter the trip, our tech and expertise work together to match you with the best options — fast, transparent, and tailored. Submit your trip details, and we’ll send real quotes, not rough estimates.
How is Aireall different from fractional programs or jet cards?
Jet cards and fractional ownership lock you into upfront commitments and limited fleets. Aireall offers on-demand access without long-term contracts — sourcing from a broad network of independent operators across the country. We prioritize value, flexibility, and personalized service — not utilization targets.
How fast can I book a private jet through Aireall?
Same-day flights are often possible, but we recommend 24–48 hours’ notice for the best pricing and availability.
Our team and technology move fast — most quotes are turned around in under 15 minutes.
What types of aircraft can I book with Aireall?
Everything from light jets like the Citation CJ3, to midsize jets like the Citation XLS, and up to super-mids and heavy cabin jets for cross-country or international flights. Each trip is matched with the best-fit aircraft from vetted operators.
Are the aircraft and operators safe?
Absolutely. Safety is non-negotiable — it’s the foundation of everything in private aviation.
We only partner with FAA Part 135-certified operators who meet or exceed the industry's highest safety standards. Many hold ARGUS or Wyvern ratings. If an operator lacks transparency or reliability, they’re simply not part of our network.
Can I cancel or change my private jet booking?
Each operator sets their own policies, but most allow changes or cancellations up to 48–72 hours before departure. We'll always make those terms clear before you confirm — no surprises.
Where can I fly with Aireall?
Anywhere in the U.S., plus Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean — and beyond.
While most trips originate in North America, we can arrange international charters to Europe, Asia, and worldwide through trusted, vetted operators. Same standards apply: safety, transparency, and reliability come first.
Can I bring my pet on board?
Yes — most private jets are pet-friendly, and we frequently arrange flights for clients traveling with dogs, cats, and other companions.
Just let us know in advance what kind of pet you’re bringing, and we’ll match you with an operator and aircraft that welcomes them.
